Influx Waranty Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

Influx Technology Limited warrants that its LED lighting products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a specified warranty period from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period varies by product category:

  • Standard LED Lights: 1-3 Years vary with different product.
  • Premium Series (e.g., Industrial/Commercial Grade): 3–5 Years
  • Special Products (Solar/Customized): As specified in quotation or invoice

The exact warranty duration will be clearly mentioned in the product invoice or datasheet.

3. Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Failure of LED modules under normal operating conditions
  • Driver failure (if used under recommended electrical conditions)

During the warranty period, Influx Technology Limited will:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace with a new or equivalent product, or
  • Provide necessary spare parts

4. Warranty Conditions

This warranty is valid only if:

  • The product is installed and used according to the provided guidelines
  • Proper voltage and electrical conditions are maintained
  • Installation is done by qualified personnel
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is presented

5. Exclusions (Warranty Will Be Void If)

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper installation or misuse
  • Voltage fluctuation, electrical surge, or short circuit
  • Water damage (unless IP-rated product used accordingly)
  • Physical damage, breakage, or tampering
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Use in environments beyond specified operating conditions (e.g., extreme heat, humidity, or corrosive areas)
  • Normal wear and tear or lumen depreciation over time

6. Claim Process

To claim warranty service:

  1. Contact Influx Technology Limited support team
  2. Provide product details, invoice copy, and issue description
  3. Our technical team may inspect the product
  4. Approved claims will be processed within a reasonable timeframe

7. Limitation of Liability

Influx Technology Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, profit, or downtime
  • Installation or removal costs

8. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement products may be new or refurbished with equal performance
  • Warranty of replacement product will follow the original warranty period (not renewed)

9. Transportation

  • Customers may need to send defective products to designated service points
  • Transportation costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed

10. Policy Modification
